What are the towels made of-The woven towels are made of 100% biodegradable cotton,100% Natural Bamboo or a poly/rayon mix.The Cotton are scented with Lemon or Lavender,the Bamboo with Aloe,Green Tea,Chamomile and Tea Tree Oil.
Will they dry out? No, because our towels are individually wrapped and sealed, unlike paper based type towels, our towels have a long shelf life. They also wont tear apart or leave “fuzz” on your guests face.Towels must be stored away from heat and sunlight
Can they go in a microwave? Yes, but for no more than 20 seconds each; this also adds one more step to the process and will heat the towels unevenly. Warmers take up one square foot of counter space
Is there a minimum order each month? No there is no minimum
Can they be served cold? Yes many of our customers place some in freezers or refrigerators for hot days to cool before or after treatment,or for their guests on golf courses,casinos,weddings and so forth
How long does it take to get them? Depends on your location, maximum 6 business days.
How many times can you heat them? You only put in the warmer what you need for that day as they will dry out after two heatings.

Are you environmentally friendly? Yes, our wrappers for our Hot Towels are recyclable where facilities exist, because the towels are 100% Cotton or 100% Bamboo they are very enviromentally friendly
Is there laundry service involved? No, you do not have to rent the towels, like you do with a laundry service. Each Revive towel is brand new and totally hygienic. You are not paying for towels you don’t use like laundry services.
Will they go moldy or smelly?-Absolutely not ,as you are not waiting for a laundry service to pick them up, or getting relaundered old towels .That is what is great about our towels. Each guest gets a brand new towel.
How long does it take to heat them up? It takes about 40 minutes or so, the fewer towels the less time it takes, that’s why you should put them in first thing in the morning if you have a warmer. Only put in what you need for the day

When will my refreshing towels arrive?

From the time you place an order, you will get your towels in just a few days! It is dependant on your location, but they will not take more 6 business days to arrive.

How long do they take to heat up in the warmer?

Our towel warmers use slow, even heating technology, it takes about 40 minutes for the towels to come up to the perfect temperature. That’s when the warmer is filled to capacity – less towels means less heating time.

How often can the towels be heated?

For the best results, our towels are designed to be used the same day they are first heated, but can be heated twice. After two heatings, the towels will dry out – you only want to put in the warmer what you need for the day.

Can they go in the microwave?

While we recommend using a towel warmer for even, hassle-free heating, our refreshing towels can be warmed in the microwave for no more than 20 seconds each. Take care when opening the package and using, as there will likely be hot spots.

How should I store my unused towels?

Prior to use, your refreshing towels should be stored away from heat and sunlight. Revive towels are individually wrapped and sealed, and have a 4-5 month shelf life.

How should I store my used towels?

That’s the beauty of Revive towels – you don’t! Each towel is intended for single use. The wrappers can be recycled and our natural fibre towels can be disposed of in your organic waste, depending on your region’s waste collection regulations, of course!
